following the plan and doing what you need to do to lose the
weight you want to lose. But how can you stay motivated every

I have had many bad days when all I wanted to do was eat a

Whenever I had bad days I would get those jeans out of the
closet and tell myself that this was why I wanted to lose

front of you. By doing so, it will make a world of difference
in whether you stay on your diet and make it through the bad
days or whether you give in and quit.
