Idiots will be motivation. Staying motivated to following the plan and doing what you need to do to lose the weight you want to lose. But
how can you stay motivated every day?
No matter what diet or weight loss plan you are on, whether it's Fat Loss 4 Idiots, Atkins, etc, without being motivated and committed you're
doomed to failure.
I have had many bad days when all I wanted to do was eat a fast food lunch or something else I know I shouldn't. It wasn't easy by any
stretch, but being motivated to reach my weight loss goal helped see me through.
The key is to find something that will help you stay motivated. Here is an example that helped me achieve great results.
For me, I always wanted to fit into a smaller pair of blue jeans. I knew that if I just stuck with Fat Loss 4 Idiots I could lose the weight
and get there. So, I went out and bought the jeans I wanted at Marcy's. They were quite expensive, but I believed it would help.
Whenever I had bad days I would get those jeans out of the closet and tell myself that this was why I wanted to lose weight. And it really
helped!
Find what motivates you in wanting to lose weight. Put it in front of you. By doing so, it will make a world of difference in whether you stay
on your diet and make it through the bad days or whether you give in and quit.
